2026 Membership Dues

Please update your information with attached renewal form.

It is once again time to renew your membership to the FOP through Massachusetts Bay State Lodge 30. Your 2026 Membership is due November 1. Attached is the newest updated application for our lodge.

Please fill it out and return it to the address on the application with a check for $60 (New members should include a copy of their State Issued Police ID). The old paypal link is no longer valid and we are currently working on getting a new PayPal process set up for renewals. This will be forwarded as soon as it is ready. Scanning the QR code will bring you directly to the payment site. This option should only be used by those whose dues is NOT paid for by their union or organization. Until the new paypal link is running, we are asking everyone to remit payment with the renewal form attached to this email. Those seeking New Active Membership should still include copy of police ID with the form and check.

If you did not receive your 2025 membership card, we probably did not receive your renewal and you were dropped from active membership. If that is the case and you are receiving this email, this will be your chance to sign up again for 2026.

As a reminder, for your full membership, you are given access to a host of benefits from accidental life insurance, home and auto insurance options, dental and vision coverage options, access to the surgeon's lodge, discounted travel, and so much more. Those of you who take part in labor or the legal defense plan NEED to maintain active membership in order to continue to access those benefits.

Finally, information on the renewal form for Legal Defense is for informational purposes only. Participation in FOP Legal Defense is not managed through the lodge so please, DO NOT send any legal defense fees in with your application as it will hold up your process and we will send it back to you. More information on the legal defense plan can be found by accessing the FOP Legal Defense Plan link or through fop.net.

Again, Bay State Lodge 30 Annual Dues may only be paid using PayPal for those whose dues are not paid by their union or association. A new link will be sent out as soon as it is created.

Dues is $60 per member
