Good afternoon,
It is once again time to renew your membership to the FOP through Massachusetts Bay State Lodge 30. A reminder email had gone out a few weeks ago.
For those who may have missed it, or those who have just recently switched to our lodge, as well as for anyone else who may have forgot, attached is the newest updated application for our lodge.
Please fill it out and return it to the address on the application with a check for $50 (New members should include a copy of their State Issued Police ID). As a reminder, for your full membership, you are given access to a host of benefits from accidental life insurance, home and auto insurance options, dental and vision coverage options, access to the surgeon's lodge, discounted travel, and so much more.
Please don't hesitate and risk being dropped. We hope to hear from you soon.
